These boards are individually made; all from trees that are felled, milled, and kiln dried in the Lower Hudson Valley geographic area. 

End grain boards tend to be easier on your blades and are the perfect workhorses for the home chef. The beautiful and unique variations in grain and coloring make each of these boards one of a kind. The board you see is the board that will be shipped to you!
